Your first order of business as a tribe is to select an official leader for your tribe. The leader will have final say on any decisions for the tribe. These decisions could possibly include: selecting tribemates to compete in challenges, tribal or individual reward recipients, names of tribemates to switch tribes, tiebreaker votes at tribal council, etc. There will also be select tribal immunity challenges in which only the leaders of each tribe will participate. As this position yields a great amount of power, there is a large target on anybody voted in as leader. As a result, the leader will also receive a hidden immunity idol. A good leader will obviously listen to the requests of their tribe, but will ultimately make the final decisions when necessary.

You must decide as a tribe who will be chosen as your leader. Use this thread to discuss who you believe should receive this honor. You will publicly vote on this thread who you want as your leader. You are allowed to vote for yourself if you want. The person receiving the most votes will be your official leader.

If, at any point in the game, the leader is no longer on the tribe (either by being voted out or by tribe swap), a new leader will be elected.


If the tribe does not select a leader before the first immunity challenge, your tribe will automatically forfeit the challenge and head to Tribal Council.

I dont care who has it. But our leader should be very active. I dont really want it. If anyone wants it please just tell us.

Me or Billy I dont care. But if it is Billy he needs to be very active. So wahtever the tribe thinks is fine with me.

Either way the leader goes. I think we should use the HII as a group and keep it til merge to take out the other tribe.
